4 "Wacky Ways" to lose weight:

1.) Go Blue-Color helps surpress the appetite.. Wear Blue..Blue plates to eat on
   (Stay away from Reds, Yellows & Oranges)

2.)Mirror on the Wall- Hang a Mirror where you eat, you'll eat less! (YIKES)

3.)Sniff  it- Bananas, peppermint or apple..tricks the brain (Buttered Popcorn smell is OUT!!)

4.)Dress Up- Peeps will tell you how great you look...less likely to overeat!!! (Wear Blue)

***BUT PLEASE TRY TO AVOID DRESSING EVERYTHING IN BLUE!!!*
