6:00 AM: Last night the American Music Awards happened, and Taylor Swift had a big night when she won 3 awards. Mila Kunis went to the Marine Corps ball this weekend, following in the footsteps of Justin Timberlake. Breaking Dawn had the 5th best opening weekend in movie history. A NYC man was arrested over the weekend on numerous terrorism related charges after having him under surveillance since 2009. Michelle Obama was at the Nascar race over the weekend, and all of the fans booed her when she was announced.
6:15 AM: Fact or bull fact. 50 tons of sandbags to hold down Macy’s balloons. 50 people to hold down the biggest balloons in Macy’s parade. It costs $190,000 have a balloon made and $90,000 to have the balloon in the parade. All the balloons are made in an old tootsie roll factory. It takes 320-450 pounds of nylon to make a parade balloon. 100th balloon to appear in parade was humpty dumpty in 1986. The year 2002 was when they had the first black character balloon in the parade.
6:30 AM: 4 things you need to know with Sara. Ashton Kutcher made 7 million dollars last year and Demi Moore made 5 million dollars last year. They are currently in the middle of getting divorced. Taylor Swift on was on 60 minutes last night and Diane Sawyer asked her if the “surprised” face she always does is real or put on. She claims it is real, and that she is genuinely surprised every time.
6:45 AM: Sara needs approval from the guys. Last week she told the guys that her idea of a good first meal to cook for a guy is something from a crockpot or some kind of casserole. The guys said that is probably the un-sexiest meal to cook because it will remind the guy of his mom. So tonight she is having a guy over and was thinking about making salmon, zuchinni, and potatoes. The guys tweaked the meal a bit and suggested salmon, asparagus, and either fancy rice or fingerling potatoes.
6:53 AM: 2 minute topic. A woman wrote in and she and her boyfriend are in a heated argument about when to put up their Christmas decorations. She has always put them up the day after Thanksgiving, but he insists on waiting until at least December 1st for that. Sandy agrees with the guy, but Sara’s family always puts their up the day after Thanksgiving as well. Alex used to work at the tree area in Home Depot and said he saw tons of couples fighting and miserable over picking out their tree.

7:10 AM: A Georgia man was in the middle of committing a crime. He broke into a woman’s home to rob it and while he was doing so, he got on her computer and logged into facebook. She came back home, and saw his car running in her driveway. She walked in, took his wallet and keys and ran to a neighbor’s home to call the police. He still is on the run, even though police know who he is. Things that the happiest people on Earth have in common; they are married, they went to college, and their salary is around $75,000. There is a woman in Florida who used to be a man, and she was arrested for injecting a mix of cement, fix a flat, and superglue into people’s butts to help them have bigger butts.
7:23 AM: Alex’s tailgate was a blast this weekend, and both JB and Sandy attended. As Sandy said, they may have lost the game, but they won the party. His tailgate is done right, with good food, beer, tents, a TV and lots of fun.

It’s truly an awful song that makes us all laugh hysterically.

8:07 AM: This weekend Raleigh’s 10th birthday was celebrated. They took all the girls to get their hair done at Blo Beauty Bar on 5th street. They then went to the Domain and shopped. There was one bit of a snag in the evening though. When they left the hair place, they all got free buttons from the receptionist. Erin didn’t see what the buttons said, but the next day she saw the button on the counter and it said “blo me”. Erin freaked out, and had to email all of the girl’s parents to explain what happened. A few have gotten back to her and thought it was funny, but she hasn’t heard back from all of the parents yet, so she is worried.

9:45 AM: Cassiday and her boyfriend are cooking the full Thanksgiving meal for just the 2 of them. Sandy’s family is making it easy, by just cooking a turkey and 1 side per person. Sara will go home to Dallas and every year talks her dad into going to the mall with her and buying her gifts. JB usually fries a turkey at his friend’s house but this year that friend is going out of town. Alex is flying home to El Paso to be with his family.
