6:00 AM: Sandy has a saddle in his truck right now, and he was wondering if he was the only one who does. On the show he is, but we know there are MANY listeners who probably have a saddle in their truck right now. Last night J.R. Martinez, the wounded Iraq War veteran won Dancing With the Stars. Britney Spears is turning 30 in a few weeks and may do a reality show with Pauly D from The Jersey Shore. The Twilight DVDs will have a more scandalous version of the sex scene between Edward and Bella.
6:12 AM: Fact or bull fact: Black Friday edition. Last year 1 in 10 black Friday shoppers began at midnight or earlier.½ of shoppers buy clothes on Black Friday. The average shopper spent $365 on Black Friday last year. Canada and Australia have black Friday sales even though they don't celebrate Thanksgiving. 1/5 of the money spent during the holiday season is used to buy gift cards. Next year Black Friday will take place on November 23rd which is the earliest it can occur. Black Friday has larger online sales volumes than cyber Monday.

City of Austin is considering paying Cap Metro extra money to run the metrorail trains Friday and Saturday nights until midnight. The new Austin animal center is already full so Friday and Saturday this weekend, the adoptions are free and Sunday they are $20 per animal.

Hugo, the children's film directed by Martin Scorcese is also out today. Cecily said it was not her favorite movie, and felt like it tried too hard to be whimsical. Grade: C-. Arthur Christmas was surprisingly charming for Cecily. She said it's a cute story with fun jokes for adults. Grade: B-.
