6:00 AM: Former heavyweight champ Joe Frazier passed away yesterday after losing a battle to cancer. 20 years ago yesterday was the day that Magic Johnson announced that he had the HIV virus in a press conference. At the time the disease was the #2 killer of men in his age range, and American fans thought he was dying, but he is still alive! In the Penn State story there are some updates; Joe Paterno will not be charged legally because they say that he reporting the news to the athletic director was enough, but he is expected to step down even though he “legally” is free of punishment. Octomom is doing celebrity boxing matches for money. Amy Fisher and Octomom fought on Saturday for money.

Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy shoot will be in the January issue, and in the issue she is doing a Marilyn Monroe themed shoot. Tonight on Glee they will show a sex scene between a straight couple and a sex scene between a gay couple. Adele had her vocal chord surgery and is doing well.

Austin made the top 10 on the list of cities that spend the most per month on clothing. Austin came in 9th, where people spend $213 a month on clothing. 9th place was Seattle, 7th was San Jose, 6th was San Francisco, 5th was Dallas, 4th is Scottsdale, 3rd is Nashville, 2nd is Arlington, and 1st is Washington D. APD is considering passing a law that would make it a ticketable offense to leave your keys in your car. They think it will cut down on auto theft, as 37% of Austin car theft is because the keys were left in the car.
