6:45 AM: Sara and Cass got Alex a Christmas present they think he will love. They had to lie and scheme to get it, it took them 2 hours, and it made Sara’s throat sore. Best of all, the gift was free! What did they get him? They got him as many cologne samples at the mall as they could. They had to lie and say they were shopping for boyfriends and they needed samples to try and get them into the store. They were able to get a bag full of them, and Alex was very excited.
6:50 AM: 2 minute topic. Sandy has to wait until Christmas to open his gift even though he knows what it is—should he have to? Cass says no, and Sandy doesn’t want to, but everyone else thinks he should have to wait. Sandy’s argument is that he won’t be upset to not have anything to open on Christmas, so why should he have to wait to get to play with a new gadget?

7:52 AM: Last week Sandy and JB were both going “#2” in the work bathroom at the same time, in stalls next to one another. Sandy rated himself a 4, Sara rated herself a 7.5, Alex rated himself a 9, Cass rated herself a 6, and JB rated himself a 5. They did a poll and 60% of Americans rated themselves a 7 or higher. Miami gave themselves the highest overall ranking, followed by Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. The best method to get 3-4 year olds to eat vegetables is to bribe them with stickers. 3months later, the kids who got stickers liked vegetables more than the other test groups.
