You have probably heard the story - or liked the facebook page - "Justice for Cisco." A dog was shot Saturday here in Austin by a cop. The cop was given the wrong address for a domestic disturbance, and shot the dog as it ran towards him. The whole thing was caught on the dashcam. **warning** this is very hard to watch
