A Judge explain why he was being held without bond.

Twenty-three people remained in area hospitals Monday, 11 of them in critical condition.

A hearing with formal charges is set for Monday at 10:30

The studio behind The Dark Knight has announced that they will donate a large sum to the victums of the shooting.

On the recomendation of the Colorado Governor they will donate the money to the "Aurora Victum Relief Fund."

Sally Ride has passed away

The first woman in Space, Sally Ride, has passed away at the age of 61
-
Sally fought pancreatic cancer for the past 17 months.

Sally went to space on 2 occacions in 1983 and 1984
-
After retiring in 1989, she taught physics at UC San Diego and wrote science books for children.

Sally is survived by her mother, her sister, and her partner of 27 years, Tam O'Shaughnessy.
