Happy Friday Eve! For some it's Happy because you woke up in your bed, started your coffee maker to have coffee in your favorite mug, took a shower and got ready in your bathroom w/ a change of clean clothes to get into. This was not the case for many in the Central Texas area today and many days coming thanks to the storms/flooding. In the San Marcos/ Wimberley area alone there are over 1,400 homes w/ significant damage and at least 60 homes that floated off their foundations. Over 1,000 people are displaced and have no home to go to right now, or have one they have to do some MAJOR CLEANING & FIXING UP.
If your Friday eve started in your home, then do something nice to help those who don't have that right now, so they can get closer to that type of Happy. You take it forgranted until you don't have it. You 'll feel good you helped.

Relief, Recovery and Cleaning up is on today and many, many more a head for many in the Central Texas area. When you click the photo below you'll see a video that shows Ted & I had this much water outside of our back patio yesterday in around 2 hours. We had a small window leak in our bedroom, but we were lucky and thankful no big damage. We have been there before in NO/ Katrina Hurricane Flood. Losing everything then, we understand how many feel in Central Texas after this Memorial Day Weekend of crazy wet/ tornadic weather and flooding. It was crazy how much rain came down in a short amount of time. Areas in downtown ATX ended up flooding with water in some businesses chest high. There are many ways to help. It can make you feel good helping out others who really need it. Good Karma too! http://www.mix947.com/How-to-Help-/21555442#.VWSykc9VhHx
See the before & after 2 hours of the much longer storm front in ATX yesterday/ Memorial Day!
... when you have an abandoned house, a group of florists and 48 hours? Click here for the answer! It's strangely Green and cool at the same time. Mama Earth's decorations can really add beauty to something that isn't always that beautiful. Go Mama Earth! HR
You might remember him as Creed's Frontman. They were HOT in the late '90s early 2000s. I enjoyed many of their songs that were extremely personal to Scott. His personal demons ended up coming out Big Time last year, when everyone thought he lost his mind. In the new People, Scott admits.. " I had a psychotic break that was brought on by alcohol and drug abuse," he says. "I was hallucinating. I drove around the United States for a month, following an angel that I saw on the hood of my car." "In my delusional thinking, I thought my family was involved in ISIS, and that millions of dollars had been taken from me to support terrorism," he continues. "All of it was nonsense. I was out of my mind." Scott is in recovery after getting diagnosed w/ Bio Polar Disorder as well as being an addict. He's got support of his family and friends...I'm sure his fans too! I know this fan, me, wishes him the very best. May he stay on the Sobriety Road, and maybe some precious tunes will come out of his experience that can be shared with others and heal him and others in the process. Here's one of my favorite Creed tunes;...
