Another 'Betty Crocker' Moment over the weekend...

1st Try at a Red Velvet Cake (Homemade) w/ Buttercream Frosting (Store bought...I know cheating a bit) w/ mini Chocolate chips...(I'm a Chocolate Girl) Turned out Pretty Good... still want to tweak the recipe a bit...
It certainly Looks Loved huh... gotta work on presentation too.. *Perfect Halloween Cake just add candy eyeballs & other scary
Goodies to decorate! :) On the search for: -....the right mix for HOMEMADE FROSTING!!...
Many times it tastes like Confectioners sugar...WAY TO MUCH!
Which leaves a weird sick sweet after taste.. not like Pro
Bakers or the store bought!!!!

to know that secret!!! ANYONE HAS IT.. PASS IT MY WAY!
