Uggie (from the Artist) is headed to Washington on April 28th to attend the White House Correspondents' Association dinner with his trainer Omar van Mullen as guests of the Washington Times. He's hoping to get a paw shake w/ President Obama. He's got his bow tie ready to Rock!!
