*Scallops ala Scampi -Grilled sea scallops with a roasted tomato scampi
sauce over a bed of fresh spring mix - paired with Caposaldo Pinot Grigio
*Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo -Five-cheese stuffed tortelloni pasta tossed
with grilled sliced chicken, ham, mushrooms,
peas and creamy parmesan sauce -paired with Estancia Chardonnay
*Sirloin ala Modena -Sirloin grilled over our open flame with a parmesan crust
and a balsamic vinegar reduction – served with crispy bacon asparagus -paired with Cecchi Chianti Classico
*Raspberry Mascarpone Mousse -A sweet raspberry and brandy mousse layered
with raspberry puree - paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling
