Made it today for lunch. It was super easy, filling...and really good. There is so much cheese in the crust that I didn't even add any on top...and just loaded my pizza with extra veggies.
Lets do the math:
This recipe serves 2...and the entire crust is just 434 calories. So with crust alone you are starting at just 217 calories. If you skip the cheese, add a little sauce and tons of veggies...we should be keeping our "pizza" under 300 calories.
Note: My crust never got SUPER cripsy in the middle. I probably could have cooked it a bit more...but I didn't mind how it turned out.
