There's a marketing video for selling a $2.2 million dollar home, 92 Savoy Drive, in Australia burning up the net. The idea behind it is women control 80% of home buying is influenced by women. So in a market where it's hard to sell a home, it was stepped up in this case w/ the help of a Canadian Model Ryan Burke.....
Ryan is 'behind' the video for sure. 92 Savoy Drive- 'So private, you can walk around Naked'.. the catch phrase.
