Day 1 - Check out a days worth of food with My Fit Foods!

My Fit Foods makes fresh REAL food everyday here in Austin! You can go in and pick up 1 meal...or go in and pick up 5.  With the 21 Day Challenge you eat 5 meals a day...for 21 days...and My Fit Foods plans it all out for you. Check out all the food I got to eat today!

Breakfast was 2 HUGE breakfast tacos with ground turkey and egg whites



Snack #1 was fresh fruit (berries, apples, and oranges) and yogurt



Lunch was Turkey Pasta (This is one of my favorite lunches...I pick it up all the time!)



Snack #2 was a protein bar

Dinner was chili!
