Day 3 - Major Workout

One important aspect of the 21 Day Challenge is working out.

I am training for a 1/2 Marathon with Rogue Running and on Wednesday nights we have a run that starts at 6:30 pm. I was a little concerned that maybe I didn't eat enough food during the day...or that I would feel weaker than normal. Guess what! I felt great! The humidity outside was misreable...but I felt energized and light. We had to run a 2 mile warm-up, a 2 mile time trial, and a 2 mile cool down. My Fit Foods got me through the run and then I swung by the store to grab a post run protein shake. Success!

 

 

Wednesday's Menu

Breakfast - The Americano - Potato, Egg White, Beef

Snack 1 - 2 Snack Tacos with Chicken, Beans, and Pico

Lunch - Fit Macaroni

Snack 2 - Protein bar

Dinner - Pear salmon
