Day 5 - Starting to feel lighter!

It is Friday!!!!!!

I love that I can look back on everything I ate this week...and feel good about myself. There was no cake from the office...no Rudys tacos...nothing. Everything I ate this week was healthy!

I have been wanting to 'start' eating healthy again...all summer long. I always say..next week...next week...next week. I love that I have committed to a plan...and (so far) I am sticking to it.

I am definitely starting to feel a bit lighter...instead that feeling after you eat a big meal...where you just feel greasy all week?

The best part is that I weighed in for the first time yesterday...and after 4 days I have already lost 3 pounds. Now that 3 pounds is really just water weight and stuff...but I will take it!

Now the real challenge comes this weekend...how will I survive without my Saturday morning Taco Deli!

Todays meu:

Breakfast: H town breakfast - Egg whites, turkey bacon, potatoes

Snack: - 3 awesome cranberry patties that are like really dense sweet pancakes

Lunch: Crazy Chicken - Chicken, sweet potatoes w/ walnuts, and green beens

Snack 2: - Mint protein bar

Dinner: Ninja Tenderloin
