Emotional Eating - Day 17

So for really no reason at all today I felt a little blue. I don't know if I was tired, stressed, upset...but I just felt sad. I am definitely an emotional eater. Normally I would run to the nearest ice cream store or burger place and stuff my face with food...because 'I deserve it.' I couldn't do that today because I am on the My Fit Foods 21 Day Challenge....and guess what. I survived without stuffing my face ...and I bet I will feel a whole lot better tomorrow. I am learning such great habbits on this challenge. Today I learned I can get through an emotional day without french fries!

Hello Sara. Congrats on your victory!. They say the easiest way to kick bad habits is to replace them with good ones. This leads me to the next step. Try researching your answers. On Aug. 24 during your early a.m. encore show (so I guess you said it on Friday), you asked why dinosaurs were not mentioned in the Bible. Actually they are. Look up these passages: Genesis 6:4, Numbers 13:33, 1 Samuel 17:4-7. If you look up the Etymology of the word Nephillum referenced in the above Bible passages, you will find that it comes from a phrase which roughly means the fallen and refers to giants. Since you see Nephillum 1st mentioned in Genesis, you have to think about things in the beginning and in this case, specifically those that were cast down following the great battle in Heaven between Michael the Archangel and his angels and Satan and his evil followers. I would advise that it is best not to assume too much else that can't be substantiated in the Bible. We weren't given all the answers, but just enough! Best of luck to you in your fitness challenge.
