-Slow roasted beef with fresh tomatoes, carrots, caramelized onions and fettuccine in a red wine creamy tomato sauce paired with Francis Ford Coppola Merlot
Grilled Steak and Scampi
Fire-grilled sliced sirloin topped with large grilled shrimp basted in roasted garlic wine sauce, with roasted zucchini and tomatoes paired with Banfi Centine Cabernet-Sangiovese Blend
