Open: Hi Hat Public House, a restaurant at 2121 E. Sixth St., the former home of Braise. Chef Jesse Curtis’s menu includes everything from pork meatballs and beer-brined chicken wings to posole, herbed pappardelle and cassoulet, and the bar has two dozen craft beers on tap.
