Ted's stuff in a pan:
On his plate.. cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes and ham..Grab a large pan, sray pam it/ or butter of margarine... brown up the cornbread and mashed potatoes in the pan and then add chopped up ham. Add your favorite seasonings.. garlic, pepper, whatever you like... cook up until a bit crispy w/ the potatoes.. put on a plate to eat. You can add your veggies, sweet potatoes, whatever your leftovers are to the pan.. cranberry sauce is good to add after it's on the plate on top..or the side which you like.
You could also do the Layered Stuff in a Pan..grab a baking dish and spray pam the bottom to prevent sticking. Layer the stuffing, then a layer of mashed potatoes, and add the chopped up ham...Veggies/sweet potatoe whatever else you have could go on top. Adding cheese inbetween and on top can rock too! Bake until a light golden brown on top/warm in the middle, since they are already cooked. ENJOY! If you're not into STUFF, then click here for some more leftover ideas!

I know where I'll be getting some Happy Holiday Yummies in this weekend! My mouth is watering just looking at the picture. They really are AWESOME! I didn't have pizza with my proposal... My proposal from Ted was on St. Pete Beach, Florida, after driving around with friends. Ted was trying to find the perfect beach area to propose. He almost did it on 'Redneck Beach', but he decided to wait and see if we ended up somewhere different. Good Call on his part.. LOL!!! He asked me if I wanted to walk on the beach with him, which I looked at him strange, because he's not a big fan of that. Once he got to an area where we were alone. He got down on 1 knee and asked if I would marry him. My 1st answer ...'Are you serious?' Okay, that seems wrong at first, but here's the back story. We had been together, for the past 9 years, and I knew he wasn't big on marriage. I didn't care either way. So when he did the one knee thing and popped the question with out passing out, I was shocked! I said 'Are you Serious?'.. He said 'YES'.. so I said 'YES'.. 10 1/2 years ago (18 1/2 since we met) ... We're still each others' Valentine and Rock'n it!
Well, I would certainly eat a P.D creation. Not sure if I'd wear one? Paula Deen is working on a clothing line. Could be great holiday wear. Maybe have a bit of wiggle room after eating a big holiday dinner. Figure the lady who Rocks a stick or more of butter in just about every recipe, would allow some comfort room. Have to wait and see what P. D creates.

I took a little ice cream break today when Cool Haus dropped by in the parking lot! Ice Cream cookie sandwiches you create your own.   I popped mine in the freezer for later. A Chocolate Cookie and Dirty Mint Chip Ice Cream sandwich. Of course I took a bite or 2 before it was freezer bound. OMG! YUMMY! Check it out on S. Lamar!  Also ask about their traveling truck I ran into today. The extra cool thing is the paper they serve your Ice Cream goodie in is made out of paper, edible and environmentally friendly. No paper/wrappers to toss out. You can eat it! Brilliantly Yummy!
Ted & I hit the road over the weekend to Fredericksburg. My mission was to get some 'Sweet Potato Butter' and a 'Sweet Pretzel'. We got those and even discovered another YUMMY! We had the pleasure of meeting Martin & Angela Santamaria, the owners of Santa Maria Cellars in Fredericksburg. I bought a bottle of Muscat Canelli. It is very sweet and smooth. A fantastic after taste with no harsh burn going down. If you like Asti Spumante, you will love Santa Maria's Muscat Canelli. I also tasted the Cabernet Sauvignon. I'm not into Cab wine to much, because many times it's either too dry/ and or has that harsh,what I call the 'Wine Burn', when it's going down. Santa Maria's Cabernet Sauvignon blend was nothing but a full robust flavor and very smooth. I LOVE THAT TOO!
Check out what they have. The prices are good too, for a really yummy bottle of wine. Martin signed my bottle, which I thought was very cool. Perfect for a chill night, with dinner, holidays coming up. It would make great gifts! I really enjoyed it. Awesome wine right in our backyard. :)

10. Chocolate Covered Corn Dog â The Orange County State Fair:
Don't waste your time with strawberries! Grab a deep fried hot dog, dip it in chocolate and don't forget to compliment it with rainbow sprinkles!
9. Deep Fried Kool-Aid â San Diego County Fair:
We can't explain it any better than the name does, but it looks like this.
8. Deep Fried Butter On A Stick â Iowa State Fair:
Apparently this fair wasn't the first to do it, but it was the first we've ever heard of it. It's a stick of butter, stuck with a stick, dipped in batter, then deep fried for three minutes. Don't forget to garnish it with a sweet glaze.
7. Buffalo Chicken in a Flapjack â Texas State Fair:
It's a chicken strip coated in pancake batter and jalapeno bread crumbs, then deep fried to perfection before being served on a stick. We think the next logical evolution in deep fried foods on sticks is to include edible deep fried sticks!
6. Red Velvet Funnel Cake â Florida State Fair:
Red velvet cupcakes are a delicious treat, so naturally we bet red velvet funnel cakes are too! As long as they don't skip out on the cream cheese icing, we'd actually give this a try! It doesn't have a stick though. Bummer! Maybe on the side?
5. El Bananarito â Texas State Fair:
Translates to "roll a banana in a flour tortilla, deep fry the whole thing, then top it with whipped cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate sauce."
4. Chocolate Covered Jalapeno Poppers â Minnesota State Fair:
Deep fried jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheeseâ¦then dipped in chocolate? Genius! We're willing to bet these will be coated with a layer of peanuts by 2012.

These bad boys are described as "jalapenos, roasted garlic, onion, tomato, and pepper rolled together, dipped in masa, covered in crumbled tortilla chips, and fried, with queso dip on the side."

Season 9 of Top Chef premieres on Nov 2nd at 9pm on Bravo from the Lone Star State. Top Chef Texas has special guests like Charlize Theron and Pee Wee Herman. It might be Top Chef Texas, but there are only 2 chefs from Texas competing. They both come from ATX!Â

I caught some Big Love to 'PB2' on Perez's blog. I've been eating it the past 1 1/2-2 years when I discovered it at the Hy -Vee in Omaha, NE!
I am surprised ATX doesn't have it anywhere... not even Central Market or Whole Foods, which PB 2 would fit in perfect with these stores. It's peanut butter (powder) without the oil. It's powdered peanuts and sugar (cocoa if you get the chocolate flavor which Rocks too). 2 TBs serving is only 1.5 grams of fat and really low in calories and has great protein. For most things you eat, the recommended serving works. You just mix it with water (Perez says oil and water, but you just need to add water) . You can make it as thick or as thin as you want. I eat it at least 4 times a week! I Love it! I had it with my waffles last night....
It's about $4 a jar online , if you buy several plus shipping, and I paid about $4-$5 a jar in Omaha. You can have your peanut butter and get all the health benefits without all the oil. 85% Fat free a serving. It TASTES GREAT!! I was excited to see Perez blog about it! Maybe we'll get it in ATX grocery stores soon (hint, hint Central Market/Whole Foods/HEB/Randalls...), and it can make it's way all over. It really does ROCK! Something Healthy that TASTES GREAT!!

Fried Bubble Gum showcases bubblegum-flavored marshmallows dipped in batter, fried and decorated with icing and powdered sugar.
( I was wondering how they would pull off frying bubblegum. This shouldn't be called Fried Bubblegum, but Fried marshmellow)
Buffalo Chicken in a Flapjack, in which a buffalo chicken strip is coated with flapjack batter, rolled in jalapeño bread crumbs and deep fried. It's skewered and served with a side of syrup.
Deep Fried Pineapple Upside Down Cake, featuring pineapple rings dipped in cake batter, fried and topped with a glaze made of caramel, sugar and cinnamon. It's served with a cherry on top.
Deep Fried Texas Salsa features a medley of jalapeños, roasted garlic, onion, tomato and pepper rolled together, dipped in masa and covered in crunchy tortilla chips before it's dropped into the deep fryer. It's served with queso.

Kiwi could help curb IBS attacks. HHHMMMM.. might have to try it and see. Thought I would share this new tibit with you, if you suffer from IBS like me. 'Foods' and 'Stress' are a big factor for me. Ever since I was a little girl, I would get stomach aches when I had extreme emotions.
I just thought I was looking forward to getting some where, so that's why. Of course growing up, they got worse, especially during my time of the month. I didn't get diagnosed until I was almost 30. It was  relief knowing it wasn't something more serious, because IBS doesn't lead to anything, but it also means you really can't be rid of it, you have to deal with it. Some days are good and others..not so good.
Looks like the Kiwi helps more of the IBS/constipation sufferer, so keep that in mind.

My co-bud Terri was at the Katy P. show at the Frank Erwin Center over the weekend.
She got backstage and  grabbed something out of Katy Perry's dressing room for me.
She takes Italian pomodoro tomatoes ("the ones that have long stems"), slices and cores them and sears them in a pan with salt and pepper. To this base she adds star anise and fennel, which she tears by hand, and mixes the ingredients until they're "pasty." She then adds "a ton of olive oil," thyme, basil, a bay leaf and the fragments of a garlic clove she "smacks" with her hand on the table. That's her secret? "Well it's not a secret anymore!" Gaga laughed.
Lady G and $$$: Â Gaga insists that she doesn't "give a f--- about money at all," mentioning that she's just happy she can afford her $1,100 a month apartment. In fact, according to Mother Monster herself, the only things that she's bought with her money are heart surgery and a car for her dad.

Next to the plate is a cup standing in for the dairy group. âWeâre all bombarded with so many dietary messages that itâs hard to find time to sort through all this information,â Mrs. Obama said in a press conference. âWhen it comes to eating, whatâs more simple than a plate? Over the weekend, I was at Gardenridge and Ted & I ran across the row of
'As Seen on TV' products. So we thought we'd try the 'Jumbo Doughnut Cake Kit'.
3 easy steps ( I guess mixing, baking and decorating...but there were some other steps in between,
so expect a bit more time than it takes for just 3 steps) to make a cake that resembles a doughnut.

Thumbs Down- the decoration kit. I was bummed because I was really excited
about the 'injecter', but in the video you see what happens. All in all, fun and the pans actually did a Good Job . My 1st success baking
with the silicone type pans. Folks at work seemed to like it too. It definitely
is a hearty piece of cake when you cut into it. Really no small pieces.
It's a must have for the Ultimate Cake Fan who is a fan of doughnuts too!
*Secret to more moist cake. Add a package of similar flavor pudding mix (dry) to the cake mix. :)

I was craving 'Lemon Cake' over the weekend, so I made my 1st one.
It actually turned out yummy. My Honey Ted isn't a huge
fruit tasting cake fan, but he admitted it was YUMMY!!
I added to the box recipe to put a bit of flair
to it! It's Easy & Yummy to make! :)
Cake 1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix
1 Box of Lemon Pudding
3 large/jumbo eggs
1/3 cup of margarine (melted- 5 1/3 TBs) 1 cup of Fat Free Milk
1/3 cup of Italian Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer
1/4 tsp Lemon Extract (could also use real lemon juice) 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Frosting/Topping 1 container of (Classic) Vanilla frosting
1 cup of white chocolate chips (I had to get chocolate in there .. LOL) 1 square of Bakers White chocolate
1 TB spoon of the Italian Sweet Creamer
1 TB spoon of Fat Free milk
Sugar(1/2 cup)
Cake: In a large mixing bowl mix together cake mix, pudding mix, 3 eggs,
1/3 cup of melted margarine (5 1/3 TBs),1 cup of milk & 1/3 cup of the
Italian Sweet Cream with the 1/4 tsp of Lemon Extract in it and
1 tsp of Vanilla. MIX for about 1 minute..then beat for 2 minutes!
I used a bundt pan that has the side come off- I sprayed it w/ Butter flavored Crisco/Pam and then coated the sides with sugar (Ted suggested Lemon Zest mixed with the sugar next time).I also lined the bottom of the pan with parchament paper (cut out the circle in the middle to fit the pan).  Put in a pre-heated oven 350! Take about 35-40 minutes to bake. Golden brown on top and clean tooth pick comes out. Shake some more sugar over the top of the cake before it
cools! Â Let it cool on a rack if you have one. within 1o minutes take the
side of the bundt pan off for it to cool completely.
Frosting:
Melt the white chocolate square and 1/2 cup of the white chocolate chips
in the microwave starting with 30 seconds..then a few here and there each time
adding a splash of milk and creamer to make it smooth. Let it cool a bit
then add it to the Vanilla frosting. If the frosting seems like it's more melted, put
in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes just to set back up, not get cold.
Once cake it cooled, take out of the pan and on a serving plate or where you are
Keeping it. Frost and finish up with the rest of the white chocolate chips scattered on top!
It's pretty Easy & Yummy! Good Cake to go with the Texas Heat. Serve it

Cinnamon swirl white chocolate chip toffee cake
with Buttercream white chocolate chip frosting
and some Easter fun with Spiced Jelly Beans (Brachs kind Yum)..

It was a Yummy, Happy Easter!

Cinnamon swirl white chocolate chip toffee cake
with Buttercream white chocolate chip frosting
with Spiced Jelly Beans recipe:
1 box of Cinnamon Swirl cake mix
-Instead of 1 cup of water use
1/3 cup of cinnamon vanilla coffee creamer
w/ 2/3 cup of milk (I used skim/Fat Free..but even richerwith 2% or Whole milk)
-3 large eggs (like the box says) mix as box directions.
-1 cup of Heath Toffee bits and 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Add these after you stir in the cinnamon swirl packet.
Don't mix to much, you don't want all the chips to go
to the bottom of the cake.
-350 to bake.. you can use any pan like box suggests, but
I used Bundt cake pan. Took about 40-45 minutes to bake.
Toothpick comes out clean when it's ready and top golden
brown.
-If you have a rack to put the cake on to cool, that Rocks.
if not no worries. Let it cool about 15 minutes then
take the side of the bundt pan off, if you have a removable.
Continue to let it cool.
Frosting/Topping
-Once cake it cool, transfer it to whatever plate/holder
you are using.
-Melt about a cup of white chocolate with a
splash of the cinnamon vanilla coffee creamer.
Put in microwave on :30 seconds to melt. Stir
keep doing the short microwave meltings with
the coffee creamer until it's melted to drizzle/spread
on the cake. Put a light coat on the cake. Let set a bit
Then frost with 'Buttercream Frosting'. I got store
bought cause I like the taste of it better. I mixed
in about 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.
Frosted the cake! Took about cup of Brachs
spiced Jellybeans the Easter Bunny left for me
and I decorated it a bit. You can use regular jellybeans,
but the spiced ones go Great with the cinnamon swirl cake.
I sprinkled/tossed some more Heath Bits on the cake. :)
Put in the frig for about an hour to set a bit more.
Take out to serve! Yummy!!

Quick Cocoa Cake
1 1/2 cup flour          6 T wesson oil
1 cup sugar              1 T vinegar
3 T cocoa                  1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt                     1 cup cold water
1 t soda
*Sift and mix all dry ingredients together. Level and make three holes in dry ingredients. Pour oil in one hole and vinegar and vanilla into the others. Pour water over all. Stir until smooth. Pour into ungreased square pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.They used to melt two chocolate bars on top of warm cake. I like butter cream frosting on it. It is also great with no frosting.   Muffie :)

Ingredients -1 stick unsalted butter(room temp) -1 cup of water  (Variation: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup fat free milk) -1/2 cup of peanut butter
-1/2 cup of vegetable oil (Variation: 1/2 stick of butter flavored Crisco) -1 tsp vanilla
-2 cups of sugar
-2 cups of all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup milk (Variation: 1/2 cup fat free ilk & 1/2 Cup Sweet Italian coffee creamer) -2 eggs (room temp) -1 tsp baking soda (Variation: 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp of baking powder)
-My Additions: 3 TBs dark chocolate Cocoa added w/ the flour... 5 bite size butter finger candy bars & 2 cups of chocolate chips added to the ingredients in the saucepan after it's taken off the
burner...
-Other types of chocolate candy would work too.. Reese's peanut butter cups.. Milky Ways.. -If you can't have peanut butter-use 1/2 cup of Sour cream w/ 3 more TBS of dark cocoa...
Frosting -1 stick of butter(room temp) -1/3 cup milk
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 lb confectioners' sugar
My variations: -1 TBS light butter
-4 cups of chocolate chips
-1 container of Buttercream frosting (store bought)
- Sweet Italian coffer creamer
-1 tsp vanilla
For the Cake, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Bring a stick of butter, water, 1/2 cup peanut butter
and vegetable oil to boil in a saucepan. Pour this mixture into a bowl & rinse out the saucepan to
use later for the frosting. In the bowl of the boiled mixture, add the vanilla, sugar, flour, 1/2 cup milk,
eggs, baking soda & salt (same if you do the additions/variation ingredients). Mix together
until smooth & pour into a greased/sprayed 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 325 for about 25-30 minutes.
My Variation: I used a bundt cake pan/sprayed it all over w/ Butter flavored Pam/Crisco... took about
50 minutes to cook- Keep an eye on it.. Don't want to over cook..Â
When top looks done it will be pulling away from the edges & the toothpick comes out clean, but still seems very moist. When it
cools it will set up more...Remove it from the pan... Get ready to frost when it's cooled completely
Frosting: -In the rinsed out saucepan, add 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup of peanut butter-bring to
a boil. Remove from heat and add the vanilla & confectioners' sugar. Blend w/ hand mixer until
smooth and spread over the cooled Cake! READY TO EAT!!
My Variation: -In the rinsed out saucepan, add 1 TBS light butter, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of chocolate chips
 & a touch of Sweet Italian coffee creamer- keep adding the 3 cups of chocolate chips one at
time as it's melted & use more Sweet Italian coffee creamer when it gets to thick for frosting...
take off the burner & add Butter Cream frosting (store bought)... MIX til smooth.. let it cool enough
so you can frost the cake and it will stay!
Additions: 5 snack size Snicker bars cut in thin pieces, 1/3 bag of Brach's pumpkins cut in 1/2
& chocolate chips for Decoration.. you can use whatever candy you love that would taste great
w/ this either Peanut Butter Cake...or My creation- Chocolately Peanut Butter Candy Cake!

Friday night @ Zoot in Bee Cave!! Chef Stewart, Charolette, Casey, Carlos &
the Crew @ Zoot ROCKED IT! We had such a great
time tasting & trying different things. Dinner
@ Zoot was '1 of the Best' we've had
in ATX in the 3 1/2 years we've LIVED here..

Polenta & spinach... the Chicken was so Tender,
Juicy &Â NOT Greasy at all.. One of the BEST
Roasted Chickens I've had in a LONG TIME! FLAVOR
FANTABULOUS.. Polenta, first time I've tried it
LOVED IT!!! The portions you see are are 1/2..Ted
& I split them to try them.. .Really Great way to try
several different things.. FUN TOO!
*Zoot NY Strip w/ a YUMMY Potato Side... THUMBS UP!

*Can't forget dessert, although it was hard to save room... (Took the Pix a bit after we dug into the Dessert sampler

AMAZING!! Ted isn't a cobbler/fruit fan, but he went back
for more after trying Chef Stewart's Cobbler/Zoot! BTW, a dish you must try is the Zoot  Macaroni/appetizer, but
could eat it as a meal... OMG.. IT ROCKS! You'll have to
see & taste it yourself to BELIEVE IT! :) The dishes are simple, yet full of Yummy Flavor! Everything
is Fresh & you can definitely Taste it! You can tell Chef
Stewart Loves what he's doing & wants to share his
Yummy Talents w/ ATX! He's been w/ Zoot for 20 years
& the past 1 1/2 at the Bee Cave location!  Zoot is more on the
Finer Dining end of things as far as Price, but the portions are
Healthy and the Food tastes FANTABULOUS! Worth EVERY
PENNY!! You can be dressed from everything to Formal Wear
to Casual/dressy.. Chef Stewart wants you to Relax & Enjoy the

Baked up a few goodies:
(Left) Peanut Butter Chocolate  Chunk Caramel Cookie Cake,
(Middle) Â Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies
& (Right)LOW FAT Granola Cake...
Here's the recipes if you wanted to give them a try..
Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe -2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened
-3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
-3/4 cup packed brown sugar
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 eggs -2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

The Dark ChocolateChunk Chocolate Chip Cookies⦠used  Nestle recipe and added a bag of Dark Chocolate Kisses that I chopped up⦠and about 3ish BIG Handfuls of Nestle Chocolate Chipsâ¦The chopped up Dark Chocolate had some shreds so it gets in the batter and makes in a bit more chocolately!!
The Peanut Butter Chocolate Caramel Chunk Cookie Cake was the Nestle Recipe
w/ 2 heaping Tablespoons of Peanut Butter added to the wet mixture of the recipeâ¦
Once it was all mixed⦠added about 3ish BIG Handfuls of Nestle Chocolate Chips w/ 1 Bag of Chopped up Chocolate Bells & 1 Bag of Dove Caramel Chocolates.. Poured the batter in an 8ish inch Spring Form Cake Panâ¦Let it Bake on 350 for about 45 minutes.. Check periodically after about 30 minutes of baking⦠may have to turn the temp down a bit.. so the edges donât get to over done before the middle bakes.. Itâs very Thick & Dense.. Let Cool.. I top w/ about 15-20 Dove Caramel Chocolate Bites you saved back.. once they melt spread over the top.. Once coldâ¦Suggest heating it up about 20ish seconds in the microwave.. A bit of Chocolate Sauce/Caramel Sauce..even Hot Fudge would ROCK w/ IT! :)
LOW FAT Granola Cakeâ¦. Definitely the âANGELâ
of the 3 desserts I made this weekend..
Recipe:
-1 Cup Sugar
-4 Oz Apple Sauce (used Organic Cinnamon.. itâs ½ cup) -1 Ripe Banana
-2 TBS Cinnamon
*Use mixer to mix these ingredients together Really Good
-then Add 1/3 cup of Egg Whites (Equals 2 Eggs)
-1Tsp Vanilla
-1 ¾ Cups of Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt (Stoneyfield is Yummy)
-Mix together keep using Mixer.. while adding dry ingredients:
-2 Cups of UnBleached Flour
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda -Keep mixing w/ Mixer tell well MIXED!!!
*Then stir in 2 Cups Low Fat Granola (Your favorite brandI used without raisins..Your preference)
Bake at 350..
- around 25 minutes.. spray top w/ Butter Flavored Pam
then cover w/ Cinnamon Sugar Mixture.. -1/2 cup of Sugar w/ 4 TBS Cinnamon.. make to your liking.. Sprinkle over the top of the Cake..bake till done..
Makes a nice coffee cake like coating on top.. (Think next time I might add some Granola & use a bit of
Brown sugar for topping see how it goes) -Serve warm.. tastes good w/ a bit of Honey or Maple Syrup too!! :)

My niece sent her 'Christmas List' the day after Turkey Day, I had been asking for it for the past 2 weeks. He's 'Very PICKEY' when it comes to 'Food, Service & all around dining experience' and really I can't fault him, since you are paying to have a 'Good Meal'..so 'Yummy Food & Great Service' is Very nice to go Hand in Hand...

*We made a reservation for 7pm & was seated immediately. Reservations are a good thing, because they were pretty hopp'n on a Wednesday!! I so know why.. THE FOOD ROCKED!!! From the Moment 'Leo' came to take our drink orders & showed us the 'Massive Wine List'..It was Better & Better each minute. First, the 'Cheese Type Rolls' were amazing...It was like Cheese & butter melting in your mouth...They kept bringing them... The 'Salad Bar', was Amazing, from Fresh Mozerella to Fresh Peppers & many things I have never tried before were on the Salad bar w/ many favs too. You can go as many times as you want!!!
If you are a "MEAT LOVER"... THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE... OVER 15 different meats fixed 'Brazillian' style, which I found meant juicy, succelent & the SEASONING ROCKED on most of the meats...2 of my Favs.. the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breats & the 'Fogo Special...Pincanha'.... Ted made it thru trying 11 different Meats! You can eat as much as you want & you are 'NEVER WAITING' for anything.. The Service 'ROCKS' always making sure you have a Full water glass, need a new drink, more food..even a Clean plate exchange from time to time(which can be dangerous because you aren't sure just how much you ATE!! LOL)...
*It's a very comfortable, not stuffy environment. But be prepared to pay more$$$.. Lunch is around $24 for ALL YOU CAN EAT.. DINNER IS around $45 Per Person!! Yeah, seems high(I understaond I have a BEER BUDGET& CHAMPAIGN TASTE...GOTTA SAVE UP FOR THE CHAMPAIGN FROM TIME TO TIME :)),but once you go, you will see why... TOP NOTCH FOOD, SERVICE... IT ROCKED!!! Great for a special occassion, family /friends getting together, or just wanting to spoil yourself... BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!!! :)

Note: This will make a huge bowl big enough for a family of four. You'll want to share this with friends. -Mash up 5 ripened avocados -Add 1 - 2 cups of chopped or blended dates -1 soft cup of raw cacao -1 easy cup of raw carob powder -1 tbsp. vanilla
-Add a few long pours of agave nectar to sweeten to liking -Then add half cups of cocoa and keep adding until chocolate taste is right. Careful not to overdo it -- if you add too much, it can get bitter.

Lab tests have confirmed 40 illnesses in Texas and New Mexico as the same type of salmonella, right down to the genetic fingerprint. An investigation by Texas and New Mexico health authorities and the Indian Health Service tied those cases to uncooked, raw, large tomatoes.

The big shocker was Macaroni Grillâs âSkinny Chicken." The dish is supposed to be just 500 calories,but if you eat the bread that comes with it, it registers at 1,022 calories, at least at one location. The fat grams per serving are listed at six but actually are 49, the study found.

My proposal from Ted was on St. Pete Beach, Florida, after driving around with friends. Ted was trying to find the perfect beach area to propose. He almost did it on 'Redneck Beach', but he decided to wait and see if we ended up somewhere different. Good Call on his part.. LOL!!! He asked me if I wanted to walk on the beach with him, which I looked at him strange, because he's not a big fan of that. Once he got to an area where we were alone. He got down on 1 knee and asked if I would marry him. My 1st answer ...'Are you serious?' Okay, that seems wrong at first, but here's the back story. We had been together, for the past 9 years, and I knew he wasn't big on marriage. I didn't care either way. So when he did the one knee thing and popped the question with out passing out, I was shocked! I said 'Are you Serious?'.. He said 'YES'.. so I said 'YES'.. 10 1/2 years ago (18 1/2 since we met) ... We're still each others' Valentine and Rock'n it!
