Since it was announced that Adele had to under go surgery on her vocal cords, Twitter, FB and all the social sites are blowing up on the cause of the surgery. The rumor 'CANCER'.  This rumor has been squashed according to this:
According to Entertainmentwise, a rep for Adele said, "We would like to reiterate that Adele is to undergo surgery for a hemorrhaged vocal chord. All reports regarding any other condition are 100% false."
I's good that rumor isn't true. I hope she recovers 100%, so we can look forward to more Adele in 2012!

She is to undergo surgery to alleviate the current issues with her throat and a full recovery is expected. As a result, doctors have ordered her to rest her voice and completely recuperate before looking to schedule any work commitments.

Toxicology results came back on the death of Amy Winehouse.
After initial autopsy resultsproved inconclusive, a coroner has determined that Amy Winehouse died from consuming an extreme amount of alcohol. The official ruling by coroner Suzanne Greenaway is "death by misadventure," and according to test results, the 27-year-old singer died with a blood alcohol level more than five times the drunk-drive limit.
Feel better soon going to Steven Tyler. He had a shower accident while on tour w/ Aerosmith in Paraguay.
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tylerwas hospitalized earlier today, after taking a serious spill in a hotel bathroom in Paraguay, where his band was scheduled to perform. He was reportedly rushed to the La Costa medical center in Paraguay's capital city, Asuncion, after slipping on the wet floor of his hotel room's shower, suffering cuts to his face and knocking out two teeth.
Tyler spent almost four hours in the hospital, where doctors administered stitches, and affixed two dental implants to replace his lost teeth. He has since returned to his hotel to recover, after being discharged in "good condition," according to Reuters.
Due to Tyler's injuries, Aerosmith was forced to postpone tonight's concert until Wednesday (Oct. 26). They will, however, continue their tour, performing in Argentina, as planned, on Oct. 28.
Not great.. :( The British Q awards, she had to cancel her performance, since her voice is still throaty sounding and congested. That was apart when she accepted her Q award. Fans are sending her tweets of good JuJu for her voice to recover 100% and soon.

Lady GaGa was busy this weekend, from a music festival in Vegas, to attending a $35,800 per couple fundraiserfor President Obama.
Gagaâs attendance at the fundraising event comes after the singer tweeted that she would be meeting the president and intended to discuss youth bullying with him in relation to the suicide of Jamey Rodemeyer, the 14-year-old student who took his own life last week after years of bullying. No photos were allowed to be taken by the press. Lady G supposedly had hair and heels so high they made her look around 8 feet tall. This is going to be the 'Hot Picture' to get/have, since pictures weren't allowed.
Gaga reportedly wore a black dress scalloped high plunge back and high heels. Her blond hair was upswept, with black flowers and black veil sweeping down back of hair.

(RAMP News)Still trying to understand what's happening with Facebook? Founder/CEO Mark Zuckerberg changed things again today, announcing major changes during his keynote at the F8 Conference. Included in a new series of enhancements and linked applications, as well as a new feed called "Timeline," he unveiled a new way that users can share music. In what he described as "realtime serendipity," Zuckerberg showed how users will be able to see what their friends are listening to via linked applications like Spotify and, if they want to hear it, can click on it in through Facebook to stream it as well -- which will show up in their own news feed, spreading it to other people and so on and so forth. Facebook is also rolling out a Music Timeline that shows a person's top artist, most-listened-to song and current playlist, allowing people to find out what you're hearing and sample it themselves.
He brought out Spotify Founder/CEO Daniel Ek, who spoke for a few minutes about how his company has integrated with Facebook to spread music -- in a good way. "We had to draw people away from piracy while helping them listen to more music," said Ek. "The problem with Napster was that it didn't work for the music industry. We spent the last decade building a product that benefits the artists while allowing people to share music." According to Spotify's figures, members listen to more music and more different kinds of music. "They're more engaged, so they're more than twice as likely to pay for music," Ek said. "We're bringing people back to paying for music again." Zuckerberg closed out the music portion of his presentation by showing a quick slide of the dozen or so applications that are being linked into Facebook's new music deal, including iHeartRadio, Turntable.fm and Rdio.

Word is Robert Pattinson is working on an album. Rob has been kicking a few original songs around for a long time, but his schedule didn't allow it," one insider explains of the superstar, who recorded two songs, "Never Think" (which he co-wrote with pal Sam Bradley) and "Let Me Sign" for the original Twilight soundtrack.
It will be, according to one of the magazine's sources, "guitar-based and drums, very organic-sounding, nothing pop... Like stripped-down Ray LaMontagne meets Van Morrison."

Adele wants the music to influence her next album, which she will start recording once she's completed the rescheduled US dates this autumn.
Adele said: "I was exposed to a lot of country, rockabilly and bluegrass because I was touring for such a long time.
"The melodies and to-the-point lyrics I have found in a lot of American styles of music is definitely something I'm going be pursuing heavily from now on. I want to spend some time in Austin in Texas and Nashville, Tennessee, and learn about it."
We're waiting for Kelly Clarkson's next solo album. Wonder if this could be causing the delay?

One of Amy's big influences was Ronnie Spector. (Perez) Ronnie decided to do something very special to pay tribute to her. Two years ago, Ronnie actually went into the studio to record Back to Black properly and now, she's releasing it as a single in memory of her admirer and friend, with proceeds going to Daytop Village substance abuse treatment centers. In addition, she wrote a beautiful piece about Amy for RollingStone.com...

Amy's funeral today had several hundred mourners, which included Kelly Osbourne..
"The Jewish service was led by a rabbi and included prayers in English and Hebrew and reminiscences from Mitch Winehouse, Amy's father, who ended his eulogy with the words, "Goodnight, my angel, sleep tight. *The word is Amy will be cremated after her funeral. Her family think they will put Amy's ashes with her Grandma Cynthia's ashes. Amy's Grandma passed away from lung cancer 5 years ago. They were very close and they believe they would both like to be together.
There are also talks about a Memorial Concert in Amy's honor w/ lots of musicians interested in being a part of it.

She died a lone in her bed. Her body was found by a security guard,
who was outside of her door watching over her. She told him she was going

"I wanted to try on a new outfit, which was this short dress and really high heels. Frontman Justin, from Blue October, recently opened up about what caused him to have a mental breakdown as he gets ready 'B.O.'s' new album release 'Any Man in America' to hit everywhere August 16th....
"What happened was that I had been touring for 20 years of my life, trying to build some kind of career in music," he said. "Finally I had a song called 'Hate Me' blow up, but I had never wanted to be famous. My goal was to try and have the kind of career Cocteau Twins or Red House Painters had -- a cool band type of thing. But all of sudden Blue October got really big, really quick. In the middle of all that happening, I got married and had a child.
"My daughter ended up changing my life. She inspired me to get sober and try and be the best man ever. But the problem was that I was never home, so the relationship between her mom and I started to wither away. It got to the point where I came home from tour and discovered some things about her," says Furstenfeld.
Since he was being so candid, Noisecreep dug deeper. "Basically, my ex admitted to me that she was also in love with some other dude and had been for the last 10 months," Furstenfeld said. "She told me this the day I was supposed to go to Capitol Hill to talk about suicide prevention. To make things worse, I also found out that my daughter had been treating this gentleman as her dad.
"It was so hard to take. I never cheated on her -- I respect women too much. So it's 5:30 a.m. and I'm just standing there getting told this. I couldn't even cry because my poor little daughter is looking at me. I remember my coffee cup dropping to the floor. Then the cab gets there to bring me to the airport and I had to hug my daughter and tell her everything was going to be OK even though I was devastated."
Once Furstenfeld got to the airport, things got even worse. "I remember getting on the airplane, but I don't remember anything else. I supposedly walked off the plane in Minneapolis and asked for a police officer to assist me because I was going to get back onto the plane and hurt someone. I don't remember any of that except for getting patted-down and being put into a police car.
"The cop then tells me that I'm going to a state hospital. My father is a retired police office and had been on the phone with them and he explained that I wasn't a threat. He also told them that I had bi-polar and blackout issues in the past when I had lost control of certain situations. We're talking about my little girl asking me, 'Where are you going? When are you coming back?' All of those emotions blew up on the plane. So I ended up staying in the hospital for some time." There's a Part 2 coming...

Clarence Clemons/Saxaphonist from E- Street Band (69 years old) suffered a stroke at his home in Florida yesterday.
He's been dealing with health issues with his knee and back too. It's said that he is seriously ill since
the stroke yesterday. Thoughts & prayers go out to Clarence for 'Good Health' soon.
Clarence can recorded w/ Lady G for her new album 'Born this Way', and can be heard on her hit 'Edge of Glory'.

 to perform..
According to Perryâs rider, the performerâs dressing room (which has to be draped in cream or soft pink) needs to be outfitted with two cream-colored egg chairs, one of which should have a footstool. It is unclear whether Perry requires original Arne Jacobsens or cheap knockoffs. A coffee table needs to be âperspex modern style.â A pair of floor lamps should be in âFrench ornate style.â And the singerâs refrigerator must come with a glass door.
As for the dressing roomâs flower arrangement, Perry wants âWhite and purple hydrangeas, pink & white roses and peonies.â If those flowers are not available, Perry will settle for a âselection of seasonal white flowers to include white orchids.â However, promoters are advised, âABSOLUTELY NO CARNATIONS.â That warning is, of course, underlined.
In a commendable effort to curb the environmental impact of plastic bottles, Perryâs rider notes that water dispensers must be provided in all dressing rooms and production offices, and that tour personnel will be supplied with âSIGG drinking bottles.â
When it comes to hotel provisions, Perry requires a â1 bedroom presidential suiteâ in a â5 star property.â And free Internet service and a complimentary breakfast must be provided to the performer and her touring party.
Chauffeurs, the rider notes, are not allowed to âstart a conversation w/ the client.â Wheelmen are similarly barred from conversing with Perryâs guests or fans. They also are directed not to stare at the backseat through the rear view mirror. Drivers should also not âask for autographs or pictures, and especially not while driving!â Finally, Perryâs ride should be outfitted with four water bottles (presumably in the event she forgets her Sigg).
The rider also alerts promoters that they may be required to hold back tickets for concerts so that Perry & Co. can provide the ducats to âresellersâ for âdistribution to the publicâ on the âsecondary market.â In other words, Perry reserves the right to pocket some of the proceeds from the sale of tickets--not made available at face price to her fans--scalped at inflated prices by these brokers...

Starting on May 17th, players can unlock an exclusive track from the album through a task presented to them in the game. They can unlock this song up until May 19th.

Cars new album 'Move Like This' drops May 10th.. Sad Song" is one of ten singles from The Cars' upcoming reunion album "Move Like This." The band has undergone some big changes since breaking up in the late-80s, most notably the loss of bass guitarist and lead/background vocalist Benjamin Orr to pancreatic cancer in 2000. Current band member Greg Hawkes is stepping up to play bass now, and if "Sad Song"-- the song and the video -- is any indication, fans of the band's music should be eagerly anticipating the release of the full Move Like This album on May 10, 2011.

The Austin Music Office proudy presents its newest CD, âAustin Music, Volume 10,â celebratig 10 years of Austin music and 20 years of being the "Live Music Capital of the World." The celebration will take place on Wednesday, February 23 at The Parish and feature performances from 10 Austin bands including Mother Falcon, TV Torso, Danny Malone, Ocote Soul Sounds, and The Bright Light Social Hour.
The 14-song compilation album features diverse genres that define Austinâs music scene.
This year, music fans can also purchase limited edition vinyl as well as download stickers,
along with a mini Austin music guide with maps and club listings.
The 2011 compilation is the tenth in a series produced by

Her answer: "LOL the hair...Waterstone spent several hours on that one! and the makeup too Apparently the girl, Ana Castro, is used to doing "wigs" that look like Marie Antoinette...but she did it with my own hair plus she added in some fake hair too. It took me one hour to take out all the bobby pins and then another hour or so to comb out all the hair spray and teasing in the shower...LOL...that was the not so fun part... ;)"

Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever.

Ronnie James Donnie (Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, DIO) was a  HUGE Talent in the Metal World. Whenever he opened his mouth to Sing, it was like a Huge Rock Opera ready to Explode! You always know
when it's Ronnie Rocking. I had the pleasure of seeing Ronnie w/ Black Sabbath and Solo Dio.
His performances were always Stellar. He was a True Professional & from what I hear
Had a Huge heart. I remember when I saw him @ the Ranch Bowl in Omaha, NE (RanchBowl
is now a Walmart :( ), he was SO VERY COOL. After his performance, instead of racing off the stage
away from the Crowd, he jumped off the stage in the Crowd & went all the way through
saying HEY shaking peeps hands! My Girlfriend Patti & I were way in the back & we got to shake
his hand! RONNIE ROCKED!
 Sad to see 'Stomach Cancer' took such a talented man's life (Age 67). But from what I have read, Ronnie was able to to what he Loved..ROCK!!
