Ted's random photo from Christmas Eve dinner w/ my daddy Maurice. We had ham. Do you stil have left overs from your holiday feast? Here's a recipe you can do with all/any leftovers...
Ted's stuff in a pan:
On his plate.. cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes and ham..Grab a large pan, sray pam it/ or butter of margarine... brown up the cornbread and mashed potatoes in the pan and then add chopped up ham. Add your favorite seasonings.. garlic, pepper, whatever you like... cook up until a bit crispy w/ the potatoes.. put on a plate to eat. You can add your veggies, sweet potatoes, whatever your leftovers are to the pan.. cranberry sauce is good to add after it's on the plate on top..or the side which you like.
You could also do the Layered Stuff in a Pan..grab a baking dish and spray pam the bottom to prevent sticking. Layer the stuffing, then a layer of mashed potatoes, and add the chopped up ham...Veggies/sweet potatoe whatever else you have could go on top. Adding cheese inbetween and on top can rock too! Bake until a light golden brown on top/warm in the middle, since they are already cooked. ENJOY! If you're not into STUFF, then click here for some more leftover ideas!

26 Christmas trees where donated and decorated in honor of the 26 victims from the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, Connecticut. My eyes tear up everytime I hear or see a story about the children and the adults involved in this massacre. My heart is also broken for their families and friends who have to deal with life without them. It's going to be a hard road to healing for many. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Golden Globe nominees were announced. The big show is on NBC Sunday January 13 at 7pm central time, hosted by Tina Fey & Amy Poehler... double the funny trouble. I was scoping out the list and realized I haven't seen many of these movies. Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2.. Kristin Stewart/Robert Pattenson.. not nominated... But seriously.. I need to get on my movie watching. If this gives an idea for some Oscar nods, then I wil have no idea. WAIT... I did see Hope Springs..Meryl Streep is up for Best Actress- I haven't seen LES MISERABLES.. wait that's not out yet..NO FAIR!!!
Hold it!!!! Adele may get a Golden Globe to add to her collection of awards. She's up for the song in a movie.. 'SKYFALL/SKYFALL! She could get an Oscar too if this nomination carries over to the Golden Boy, which many think it will. She's up against hotties Keith Urban helped w/ music for 'For You'/ Act Of Valor.. Jon Bon Jovi's help with the song 'Not Running Anymore'/ Stand Up Guys... Taylor Swift's part in w/ 'Safe & Sound' Hunger Games (hold it I saw that MOVIE.. :) ).. Les Miserables 'Suddendly' finishes up the nominees for 'Best Original Song in a Motion Picture'... Guess I'll have to wait on that one when the movie comes out!
Check out the list. I've got a lot of catching up to do before January 13th and the Oscars coming..what about you! HHHMM..
BTW: Even though the show didn't get any love, American Horror Story: Asylum (FX) ,which it distrubingly ROCKS. I'm for Jessica winning this category!! SISTER JUDE.. CRAZY SCARY ROCKS!!

Facebook came in #1 again for a second year in a row. Here's one of the employee reviews that got Facebook on top:
Pros –Facebook is full of extremely capable and smart people. The lines are very short, and it's easy to get a hold of the right person to talk to on any topic. There's no red tape, so it's really up to you to have a big impact on the product and the world. People who make a big impact are recognized and rewarded, regardless of their job title or level of experience. The company's leadership truly believes in Facebook's mission to make the world more open and connected. Teams are small and have a lot of autonomy, and it's amazing to see how much of a difference a single person can make at this place.
Cons –The downside having so much going on all at once is that it takes energy and discipline to stay focused on those things that matter most. You need to embrace this challenge to get the most out of your experience.
Yes, she did! Avril Lavigne remade NIckelback's' How You Remind Me'. I realize she and Chad are engaged to be married, but she needs to lay off the Nickelback remakes. What do you think?
