I ran into this list this morning and thought I would share, although I'm not sure why it's not an even 20. If you are having one of those hump days, hang in there. Do something that makes you Happy today. :)
Here's one of my favs from the list, not sure being it's #13 if that means anything.
13. Go outside at least once a day, and if possible, take a walk. The sunlight and activity is good for your focus, mood, and retention of information.
