Milly-She is a three month-old Puerto Rican Chihuahua who might be getting some big recognition soon. Milly is on her way to earning the title for World's Smallest Dog. She weighs about 7 ounces and is 3 inches tall.

If Milly is crowned as the world's smallest dog she will debunk Beyonce, a dachshund mix originally from California who at four-and-a-half inches was well on her way to becoming the world's smallest pooch.
