The last designer line at Target was kind of a big flop, but the new one seems promising. I will not pretend to know who Prabal Gurung is...wikipedia states he just launched his first collection in 2010. You will either love or hate the clothes, but the shoes are where it is at. Good news...all the shoes are under $40!
