College commencement speakers usually mean well, but how often do they really provide meaningful advice that graduates can put to work immediately?

ESPN analyst Jay Bilas may have set a new bar when he spoke to the Class of 2014 at Queens University of Charlotte with these words: “Don’t click on internet porn at work… This seems rather obvious, but HR departments all over the country will tell you that, for some, it’s not.”

Once is an accident. Twice is a pattern.
