Effective Immediately --  Prizes will not be released to anyone other than the winner unless the winner provides ALL of the following:

• A signed letter from the actual winner releasing the prize to the individual picking up the prize
• A photocopy of the winner's DRIVERS LICENSE or GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO ID
• Winner's SSN - this is required for tax purposes

Prizes must be picked up at the Mix 94.7 studios (4301 Westbank Drive, Building B, 3rd Floor, Austin, TX 78746) between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please note:  You will have 30 days or until the event date, whichever comes first,  to pick up your prize. 

There will be no exceptions.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
