That's where Lindsay Lohan is headed. She must surrender by Nov 9th to serve 30 days in county jail without house arrest or early release. Then there are a bunch of things she must do or face way more jail time. According to the perez write the day after she is released she must report to her probation office, who will be new, since the one she has doesn't want her anymore. She must complete her butt load of community service, which the morgue said they would take her back ,but she couldn't tweet while she was there.
Here's more by a March 29, 2012 deadline:
Lohan must return to the court on December 14th.
She must then perform 12 days of community service, attend 4 pyscho therapy session of 45 minutes and have the 4 be within a month.
When she does do her community service at the morgue, they "don't want you Tweeting", the judge told Lohan.
Upon completion of the court's first orders, she must then complete a minimum of 29 more days at the morgue and a minimum of 10 more therapy sessions.
If Lindsay does ALL of the above, the rest of her prison sentence of 270 days will be staid and her probation will be terminated.
There is no leaving the country.
If there are any violations of probation and Lindsay does not follow the judge's instructions to the letter, the probation officer will notify Judge Sautner, who will revoke probation and put a warrant out for Lindsay's arrest.
The judge says Lohan "needs structure."
